Inputs for executive reporting on phishing

I'm doing monthly security reports for upper management and various leaderboards in my organization, and they are really interested in statistics regarding phishing. We're using Exchange Online, and have implemented the "Report phishing" feature in Outlook. I think it's a complete waste of our SOC teams time to make them evaluate all the user submissions, but that's another discussion.
So far I'm thinking about measuring the following parameters:
