I was recently asked a question of where to store an incident response plan, making the assumption access to normal production systems are down.

Some maybe on obvious ideas physical printed versions stored in designated offices, to cloud storage with a provider other than an existing production cloud provider, copy in bank vault, etc...

Just wondering if anyone is willing to share what ideas they have implemented or something that they have seen work well in a true incident scenario?
