I'm with a group that just got surveillance technology oversight laws passed in San Diego, AMA [Xpost r/sandiego]

This Wednesday we’re going to be performing a **two part** AMA with Seth from the TRUST SD Coalition (https://sandiegotrust.org).

This is especially exciting as [TRUST SD](https://sandiegotrust.org) been working for years as a public coalition of 35 different community and citizen groups that have banded together to help the city set up public oversight as new technological advances occur, like those in the “Smart Streetlights” and other surveillance technologies.
