I'm surprised more people don't talk about faraday bags and shielded stuff

It seems to be extremely useful for privacy since it essentially blocks all signals it would even make things like stingrays useless at protests because they have to send a signal to the phone there trying to remotely disable. The only downside I could see is you can't selectively filter specific radio bands but maybe advanced shielded materials can.
