I considered using something like [this](https://emn178.github.io/online-tools/sha512.html) that would give me a much longer 128 character password to use from, say, a 15-character or so password. My only issue is that this password would be hexadecimal, which limits how secure it would be.

All the password generators I've looked at so far were focused on generating as much randomness as possible around any string that you give it, which doesn't fare well if you want identical results each time.
