I'm looking for a newer car that won't spy on me

I know pretty much every auto manufacturer is trying to be "cool" by implementing all of these IoT features but I don't want any of it. I'm fine with "one-way" GPS, but satellite radio, 3/4G connections, "smart car" features, etc really has be freaked out. What are my options?
