I'm getting a win 10 laptop for summer work trips tomorrow, how can I disable all the possible tracking?

As mentioned, I will be getting a laptop with ore installed win 10 pro tomorrow and I'll have the following day to set it up. I want to be able to make it as private as possible. I can do whatever I want with it, but formatting and reinstalling won't be an option.

I tried looking into the sub's resources of course, but couldn't find a guide to disable all the tracking.
