This post is long because I go into detail on some of the challenges of breaking into the cybersecurity industry (there's plenty more I'm sure others could say on the topic) and why I think this idea of a dedicated threat-hunting non-profit for volunteers is *perhaps* a good one. (I'm open-minded and look forward to hearing other's advice / thoughts on it)
