I'm doing a presentation about privacy to my local community who are there to listen. What should I say?

Every month there is a new topic and I was invited to talk. I'm privacy conscious, but the presentation can't be heavily jargoned and I don't want to end it with them leaving paranoid. This is an opportunity to do what this reddit channel would hope for our fellow community members so how would you and what do you think I should mention?
