If you had an unlimited budget for your pc what vm and applications would you run on it

So I am building a HomeLab and I currently have a 10core 64gb ram (can take it to 128gb ) computer with 1 tb ssd and 4 tb hdd. I can take the storage of the hard disk to around 120 ish tb and as for the ssd I can take it to around 4 tb ssd storage. If required.
