Ideas and Concepts on how to Gamify Security Training for Non-Security roles

Hi people,

I am looking to gamify in some(any) ways security type trainings to Non-Security specific roles, such as Service Desk, Admins etc. Has anyone implemented such training, and how have you done it? Budget wise I dont have much, so any free options would be greately appreciated.
