I went to a fake covid-19 testing center twice, up until today authorities took notice.. I basically gave all my personal info. Should I be concerned?

I’m normally very careful such as not opening e-mails unknowingly, not clicking on pishing links, ultra safe passwords, etc.. but this is another whole level.
