Basically I made a list of all the services/apps that I use and determined which ones needed:

* My personal information (i.e. my bank, hospital stuff, electronic ID card...etc)
* Stuff that just needs my credit card
* Stuff that needs my credit card and probably my location
* Stuff that doesn't need any of the above but need my mail
