I want to delete EVERYTHING I've ever posted anywhere on Facebook more than say 30 days ago... options?

I'm pretty good at keeping my post history under control... my reddit posts get purged automatically and so do any forums I participate in. Facebook is the one thing I'd like to tidy up though. I'm a software developer so I'll happily use scripts or whatever but I'd prefer to not have to roll my own. Not opposed to paying for a service if it's legit and not too pricey.
