I want to build honeynets for a living. Is that a job?

Currently an IT architect at a large multinational. Have feet in operational technology, security, and linux-y worlds. Learned a bunch of GCP for the role but now bored silly, very little architecture or technical-ish work, mostly collating and aligning documents.
