I think some of my “friends” have found my Reddit account, not sure how to keep myself private

Like, I have my phone scrolling or either I have my laptop, they can use my username u/haterofcollege and just from that are probably looking at my personal posts. If a stranger does it, I don’t care but a friend has sensitive information, who knows what damage they could do to you if they “flip the switch” which is very common of my friends, and they may even be reading this post right now. What should I do, delete this …
