I think my Xiaomi phone is spying on me and the Chinese government is using the data collected to harass me

So here is the back story. For about 2-3 years now I've been receiving harassing message through US mail. Essentially what is happening is I get junk mail but the address lines 1 and 2 have a harassing message in it basically threatening me. I'm not talking about a few junk mails like this. I'm talk at least 500 over the course of 2-3 years and it still happening to this day.
