I study dev at a school that does not create new windows users for each student, what folders can I delete / what tools can I use once I'm done with this computer?

I use one computer, and the previous student was still connected to some accounts on some softwares / browser history, etc.

I don't want that to happen to me, what can I do?

I'm not sure uninstalling softwares will get rid of user settings / log me out
