I know nothing about cybersecurity and I am looking for some guidance for school project

Hi everyone.

Quick background story - I am a college student studying Homeland Security and Intelligence. I am taking an Industrial Security class and have been tasked with creating a plan to physically secure a fictional business. Part of this assignment includes implementing basic cybersecurity measures through a cybersecurity/IT contractor.

I have absolutely ZERO cybersecurity/computer/IT knowledge.
