I am a security consultant, and wanted for a little while now to move towards security architecture. I have always seen the job as being in meetings with business, governance and IT specialists to find the best solution for the company, and for the architect to animate workshops, document decisions, draw possible conclusions, ensure the best design is picked, that matches enterprise security design, security policies and the need of the business. Well, team work.
