I've been using the internet since I was very young. I've probably used Chrome with uBO for most of that time, and have never really given my privacy much thought until now. I hate to think what kind of embarrassing or personal things I might have googled during that time that I wouldn't want the people in my life to know about, or the amount of information that these data brokers might have about me.
