I have the opportunity to get NET+, SEC+, CISSP, and CEHv12, which one of these is worth the effort?

So I'm in the Army, and I'm being given an opportunity to get NET+, SEC+, CISSP, and CEHv12, and was wondering which of these 4 certs are worth it, or not worth it. I've heard a lot of bad things about CEH, but I don't quite understand why. Can any of ya'll maybe shed some light on this?
