I have a hard time saying what’s in my head…

I feel that I have so much knowledge in my head but I have a hard time expressing or explaining what’s in there if that makes sense. I study and have passed several exams and got many certifications and I know the content. But if someone came up to me and asked me something I would struggle to tell them what’s that something is. Anyone else struggle with this??
