I hate security

Ever since I started my first cybersecurity job, I have become slowly more and more disillusioned with this entire industry. It seems that it mostly consists of threat actors extorting your data for money, then scummy companies trying to sell you their product or services using fear based marketing, and ransomware insurance companies that give payouts to the threat actors, allowing the cycle to continue.
