Privacy & Freedom in the Information Age reddit.com

When I was younger I posted nudes on reddit that are now deleted from the account. There are two sites Pholder and gayfap(dot)net (this one has way more) that still host them. I want to draft an email to the web providers for a DMCA takedown. I have no idea where to begin and also want to stay anonymous. Any advice even knowing the web providers for these sites is very helpful.
