I don't use google as my usual browser (duckduckgo) but if I want to test some searches on google on my home computer how much data will they be mining while doing the tests?

They make me accept an agreement before being allowed to use. I switch off cookies and history and also refuse any things they give the option to refuse in the customize settings (in euro country).

So what info will they be getting from me from this specific use case?

Also I use youtube daily - but via a proxy so would it be any more data they have on me already from that?
