I can’t figure out what the best approach is to organizing my emails. Both for security and convenience??

So my emails are kinda cluttered and messy right now. I’ve got most of it sorted out.

Account 1:
Personal email for sensitive info and family and friends communication

Account 2:
Shopping email for online receipts and sign ups for discounts, subscriptions, newsletters, etc

Account 3:
Work email for professional stuff such as job applications and company emails and such.

Then there’s account 4:
Social media? My only issue with this is having to manage 4 different emails. I think …
