I've read through SketchFab's privacy policy and it mentions nothing about sharing users' house address and phone number with everyone from whom they purchase an asset. Sure, there is some vague talk about sharing info with business partners, but I don't think that would hold up in court if they tried to argue that it covers this case. Maybe I'm wrong.
