I wanted to share my experience with a new phone. I install it and did not create a google account.
I have disabled almost all google apps and use F-droid + aurora to install some apps. I am focus on good (but not perfect) privacy and it work great for now.
I am wondering if other members are doing that and could share tips.
PS: I have read the rules.
