I am in the Luxottica breach, despite never having registered with any of their websites

Included data, according to HIBP: Dates of birth, Email addresses, Genders, Names, Phone numbers, Physical addresses.

I have never purchased sunglasses or glasses online, and can assume that my optometrist gave them this data. I like him, but am pretty pissed, what would their argument be for needing my physical address when they deliver the glasses to him?
