Forgame Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and a shareholder of Redrock Biometrics, is initiating legal proceedings against HumanCode AI. The lawsuit addresses the misuse of Redrock’s proprietary biometric technology and alleges widespread corporate misconduct.
