Is this site even remotely current? I'm in NC and not seeing any realistic senior level jobs ( unless you plan to be the entire "team", zero entry level, and very few mid that don't crazy expectations.

I'm employed in Charlotte and all the banks down here are laying off. No one seems figuring.
