How’s it like working for an MDR?

I’ve heard employees at MDR companies can tend to get overworked due to working with many different types of customers/environments all at once.

What’s it like working for these types of MDRs (Red Canary, Blackpoint, Arctic Wolf, Reliaquest, Sophos, Rapid7 etc.) doing SOC, threat intel, or threat hunt work?
