How would you start a podcast and remain anonymous? Including avoiding voice recognition

Uploading the podcast via Tor to platforms with anonymous email accounts....

There also needs to be some way to distort the voice in such a way that cannot be reversed (any software recommendation?)

And what else would you take into consideration to pull this off?
