How Would you Access Aegis 2FA if Phone is Lost or Stolen?

Educational question for myself to know how to prepare for this scenario.

Yes I have backups of my Aegis, but Lets say Im out of the country and my phone is stolen. I need my 2FA codes to access my email account on a computer, or flight information or whatever.

Aegis does not have a desktop or browser extension. Y0u need a phone to import the backup and open it, so how would I utilize my Aegis backups, or 2fa? …
