How will the new changes to Reddit API rules harm our privacy/anonymity on reddit?

So we can't use third party apps like Infinity and use Reddit more privately. Would other apps/extensions that mass-delete your comments/posts also be affected? Because that would mean that I would have to manually edit and then delete my posts/comments.
