How to stop Plaid from scanning my bank account?

A few years ago when I was naive, I connected my bank account using Plaid service. After learning that they scan my banking info (google Plaid got sued from doing this with Venmo), I want to stop it. Would changing my banking login info accoomplish this? Please advise. Thanks.
