How to remove personal info from websites like mylife, spokeo, white pages, etc. without having to provide my email address?

Hi all, I want to remove my personal info from these websites. But in order to do so, they’re all asking that I submit an “online form” which requires me to provide an email address. I don’t need these websites to collect any more of my info.

The online form also asks to copy paste the user profile link that you want info removed from, but when I do that, the form says the link isn’t correct. *Rolls eyes.*
