How to receive small payments without PayPal?

So, I've met someone online for commisions who's in the US and they only have PayPal, my PayPal account had a problem so I couldn't receive money on it for three days or so.
Any ways I can easily get paid which doesn't require PayPal? Because there are a few pieces of commissions and I have to be paid several times after one piece is finished and shared to them.
