I'm working on a bug bounty program proposal for the international arm of a Fortune 500 company. Likely a HackerOne program like the American arm of the company.

Any tips on how to design the proposal document, assess risks, and persuade each level of engineering and management? The lead architect is aware and supportive of this endeavor but I'd have to speak with the IT Ops manager, VP, etc..
