Geofence warrants aka reverse location searches are when a crime is committed in an area and then law enforcement gets a warrant to force Google to tell them all of the users who were in the are at a specific time frame.
Is it possible to prevent your location data from being stored in Google's databases in the first place, such that you would never be caught up in this dragnet?
