How to Prevent/Avoid Geofence/reverse search warrants from tracking my location data in Android?

Geofence warrants aka reverse location searches are when a crime is committed in an area and then law enforcement gets a warrant to force Google to tell them all of the users who were in the are at a specific time frame.
