Often times, when you register for online accounts you need to provide a phone number for verification purposes. I would rather avoid giving my real phone number away if possible, so how can I actually go about it? Is there some service that lets me create new phone numbers on demand (like Revolut does with Credit Cards)? Would you actually just get a secondary SIM card for validation?
