How to permanently remove all user data from snapchat servers?

Hey so i just started learning about how Snapchat chats and snaps are stored on snapchat servers and snapchat has the encryption key to them. Furthermore, all my snapchat memories are TECHNICALLY accessible by Snapchat employees with the encryption key (right?) so i want to delete all data.
