How to maximize privacy on Discord?

Not using discord sadly isn't an option for me. So I can't do that.

Is there a third party client of sorts that would minimize data collection? This is pretty all I'm looking for.

I don't have anything linked to my Discord, I never send personal stuff, I'm not in any servers that would reveal anything about me. Fake phone number, simple login email address.
