How to land a Soc Analyst L1 job?

Hey there, I would like to get some advice from you guys on how to transition from penetration testing to a Soc analyst L1 position. I've been Applying for the job since last month but it's failed. Also, I would like to add that I already attained some certifications like BTL1(Security Blue Team), EJPT(eLearnSecurity), and AZ-900 from Azure.
