Since I use the same Gmail account when I opened it in the 2000s, never changed my Facebook products accounts and etcetera, sure those companies have A LOT OF INFO about me.

Since I'm in Europe, how can I make these companies "forget about me"? Im thinking It's useless and they wont delete anything and hide with all their other privacy violations, but there's hope in the end? Does the European legislation really works? How can I get started of …
