How to get into Northrop/Lockheed w/o pre-existing clearance?

Where I am in Los Angeles as a US citizen, Northrop and Lockheed is right in my backyard and there are job postings that matches my experience perfectly (for instance, I had a stint with GE Aviation in cybersecurity.) Naturally, this is a perfect commute to the office for me.
