How to get a link removed on duck duck go?

In a insane depressive episode, i posted a vent on a website that literally states everything about me (full name, birth, stuff im diagnosed with) plus some shitty stuff i dont want anyone to ever find about.



I deleted the post a few months ago after realizing that it showed up when you searched for it. Every other search engine i have searched for my full name on it doesn't come up.

But it still comes up on duck duck …
