How to find microphone/camera/tracking device in car?

Pretty simple, teen with a car. Just wondering if it’s possible to see if parent put any of the above in/on my car. I know my parents friends have put hidden tracking devices on their kids cars so I wouldn’t be totally surprised. I’m not even going to take it off if I find it, but I’d just prefer to at least be aware if everything I do is being recorded.
