How to ensure users that an email address should be trusted?

So I have a question about email security. I am the admin for our shared mailbox, lets call it [cybersecurity@company.com](mailto:cybersecurity@company.com). What can I use to ensure my users that this is a legit email address and to stop reporting it as phishing? I swear I have sent out multiple emails to all hands, I have tried everything I can think of. Made a custom banner for it as well. Are there any options I am not thinking of? …
